1 Telephone bookings remain firm for a period of five working days pending return of booking confirmation and deposit. A deposit of one quarter of the total secures your booking with the remainder payable 28 days before your holiday.
2 The hirer shall be responsible for the remainder of the rent
3 The cottage is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
4 If for any reason it is not possible to take up the reservation the whole rent is payable. If however sufficient notice is given to enable the cottage to be re-let your money will be returned, less a handling charge of £50, the deposit and any expenses incurred.
